Entry, atmosphere and a rescue plan that works.
Confined space entry and rescue, together with atmospheric gas testing, form part of Eduforce's core expertise — for workers entering the space and for the supervisors controlling the entry.
Confined Space Safety
A confined space incident escalates quickly, and would-be rescuers account for a significant share of casualties. Training therefore covers entry control and atmosphere as thoroughly as the rescue itself.
Programmes run at two levels: a basic route for confined space workers, and an advanced route for team supervisors, captains, OIMs and managers focused on safe entry procedures and rescue technique.
- Atmosphere tested before and during entry
- Entry control and permit discipline
- Extraction without adding a second casualty
