About Eduforce
Eduforce provides Environment, Health and Safety training and consultancy. Training runs from first aid and working at height through to confined space, scaffolding, fire safety, rescue, lifting operations and broader industrial safety, and is supported by consultancy covering risk assessment, gap analysis, onsite safety management, policy and SOP development, inspection and audits.
Training is tailored to a particular industry or working method rather than delivered from a fixed syllabus, and it carries the essential skills and knowledge needed to operate a safe working system in the activity concerned. Programmes are practical, and run from worker level through to management.
Our head office is at 508, 5th Floor, Avior Corporate Park, LBS Marg, Mulund (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400080. We also have a Pune office, and the Eduforce training centre is located on the Mumbai–Nashik Highway at Vasind.
Training programmes
Our programmes are grouped into nine categories: work at height and fall protection; confined space safety; first aid, health and medicine; health, wellness and personal development; scaffolding, access and rope safety; fire and emergency response; lifting, rigging and material handling; electrical and industrial safety; and behaviour, leadership and management. We also deliver Global Wind Organisation programmes for wind and utility-scale solar environments.
Yes. Alongside programmes at the Eduforce training centre, a trained on-site demonstration and trainer team conducts programmes at the client's own site.
Yes. Eduforce formulates training and modules around the client's own requirement and working method, so the content reflects how your teams actually work.
Programmes are designed for all levels of an organisation, from workers through to management. Individual programme pages state the audience the training is intended for where the source standard defines it.
Duration and validity vary by programme, and are stated on the individual programme pages wherever the applicable standard defines them. Where a page does not state a duration or validity period, please confirm it with our team rather than assuming.
GWO training
We deliver Global Wind Organisation programmes across the wind portfolio — including basic safety, basic technical, advanced rescue, enhanced first aid, blade repair, slinger signaller, control of hazardous energies, crane and hoist, service lift and wind limited access — together with GWO solar safety and solar technical training.
Each GWO training has its own page setting out the overview, objectives, modules, learning outcomes and, where the standard states them, duration, prerequisites and validity. Individual modules have their own pages too.
Consultancy and audits
Consultancy spans EHS and industrial safety consultancy, risk assessment, gap analysis, onsite safety management, safety infrastructure planning, health risk assessment, 5S implementation, safety policy and SOP development, PPE and fixed line inspection, and audits covering safety, fire, electrical, occupational health and environment.
Yes, and that is usually the point. Consultancy identifies what needs to change; training builds the competence to work within the systems that result. Both are delivered by the same organisation.
