These terms describe how Eduforce provides training and consultancy services. Specific commercial terms for any engagement are agreed separately in writing.
Scope of services
Eduforce provides Environment, Health and Safety training and consultancy. The particular programmes, dates, locations, participant numbers and deliverables for any engagement are those set out in the written proposal or booking confirmation issued for that engagement.
Information published on this website describes our capability. It is not itself an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver on particular terms.
Booking and confirmation
An engagement is confirmed when Eduforce issues a written confirmation. Where the description of a programme on this website differs from your written confirmation, the written confirmation applies.
Payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the written proposal or booking confirmation issued for your engagement, and are agreed with you before the training is confirmed.
Participant responsibilities
- Participants should be fit to take part in the practical elements of the programme they are attending
- Participants are expected to follow the safety instructions given by Eduforce trainers throughout
- Where a programme states prerequisites, participants should meet them before attending
Certification and records
Where a programme results in a training record or certificate, it is issued on the basis of the applicable standard for that programme. Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee of a particular certification outcome for an individual participant.
Liability
Any limitation of liability that applies to an engagement is set out in the written proposal or booking confirmation for that engagement. Nothing published on this website limits or excludes liability by itself.
Governing law
The governing law and the jurisdiction that apply are set out in the written proposal or booking confirmation issued for the engagement. Ask us to confirm them before you enter into an agreement if you need to know in advance.
