Training overview
Sea Survival prepares offshore personnel for the two risks that define working at sea: getting between a vessel and a structure safely, and surviving if that goes wrong. It covers the physiology of cold-water immersion, the equipment carried for survival, and how rescue at sea is coordinated.
This module forms part of GWO Basic Safety Training (BST).
